'27 Gravity fixed the 2nd row chair motors (?)

I checked out a 2027 Gravity model at the showroom yesterday and moved the 2nd row forward and backward. It's far, far quieter and doesn't sound like my dying chair motor on my 11 year old model S. It also has a smoother action from the last car I test drove. Can anyone else with a 2027 Model confirm they finally have this fixed?

Hmmm, I wonder if there's a part rev available to retrofit.

I'd easily believe that there's a hardware rev for this. Only way to know is for someone to ask the service team about it.

This would be a welcome improvement. These small fixes and improvements will continue, most unseen and not appreciated by later customers. The improvements will go a long way to establishing the brand as high quality execution. They'll get there - and we'll all benefit. (Plus, I'll buy next time instead of lease! The next one just could be a keeper for a really long time!)

I truly believe that beta testers and early adopters pave the way to either success or failure of products and companies. I relish my small role in those endeavors. I'm enrolled in a number of software beta groups and a couple hardware groups - it can be frustrating, but it's more fun for me than working on a crossword puzzle. Of course, YMMV.
