Lucid Gravity Touring
Hello All, I recently purchased a Lucid Gravity Touring. A terrific vehicle, love driving it. I am noticing that the key fob is not very responsive. The doors does not automatically unlock as I come closer to the vehicle, the lock and unlock buttons takes a few seconds to get a response. Its software is up-to-date and its just over a week since I bought the vehicle so I am not sure if it is because of the battery. Is this expected?

Do you have auto lock & unlock turned on in the car's settings?
It's probably a good idea to buy a few fob batteries and swap a new one in, if in doubt.
 
In addition to lock and unlock settings turned on, did you update the FOB’s software through the app?
 
Key fob issues have essentially gone away since the 3.6.X release. Batteries may not be fresh even with a new fob - no telling how long it’s been sitting.
  • Replace the battery with a reputable brand.
  • Remove bitter coating on battery if it has one.
  • Update the fob firmware to the latest.
