Yesterday evening I was kicked out of the mobile app. No big deal for me, I was at home, wasn't going anywhere interesting. When I tried logging in though I was told I didn't have a linked vehicle. Uh-oh.

I did end up driving somewhere using the fob, so no gigantic problems getting the car working.
I called support, was on hold for about 30 minutes. When I got in touch with the rep and explained the situation he fixed it in about 5 seconds. So while hold time was longer than I would have liked, the fix itself was straightforward apparently. Full app access was restored and I had to sign back up for charging services.

Always keep the valet key or fob with you. You never really know when something might happen with your phone or the app.

I wonder if something happened in the backend. The support person said I was the second person to have that issue.

Did you do the ios27 update maybe? There’s an app update too.

You don’t need the app running to use mobile key.
