Lucid support in decline?

you realize this thread is 8 months old right? Its almost teething.

Winteroff fired them all to cut costs…glad he is no longer involved.
To then hire them all back? They

That’s horrible! I wonder why. They were already a a small team. Now they are looking for customer care reps to back fill In Michigan. Maybe that’s why everything is so slow .

Nobody wants to work for a dying company that already let them go once lol

Welcome to the tech cycle. You can get laid off and re-hired by the exact same company within a span of a few weeks

Plus if Corporate is treating customers this crappy, how are they treating the workers?
I’ve literally had Lucids corporate attorney tell me, on the record in arbitration, that their service staff does “shoddy repairs” and “poor quality workmanship”. On paper. I sent it to the service department and they weren’t happy of course.

But he was right. Still, I’m the customer.

I picked the wrong GT. Should have gone with my passion of a 911GT.
Service is one thing (the current 45min hold is what led me here) but this is my 2nd battery at 42K. I have serious doubts about the battery and company.
Will take the depreciation as a lesion and move if I ever get it back........ in shop the past month with no ETA.
Which battery? There are multiple systems in our cars

Oh this company is a joke compared to a real luxury car company. They treat customers like ass and don’t mind doing literally anything to you. Make you live with anything. Deliver broken cars over and over. Lay off hire back. It’s a penny stock company doing penny stock things.

YMMV
You sir have a lemon car and I don’t see why it is not being purchased or replaced
I personally don’t see the entire company as crap as some do.

There are two sides to this story. The only one’s who know the other side are Lucid and the arbitrator that ruled in their favor.

Yes, it's always important when reading experiences from other posters to realize when they say "Lucid treats customers like…" Or "Lucid's service sucks" etc. What they really mean to say is "Lucid treated ME like…" or "MY experience with Lucid's service has sucked."

It's still absolutely valid for them to speak their minds. And to take what they say and factor it into your own decisions.

But it's also important as you read to treat everything any one of us says as anecdotal. Positive or negative.

If everyone here were in agreement about a thing—well, I'd probably drop dead from shock. But barring that, I'd say then you can extrapolate it to most or all people.

But even all of us here represent a tiny fraction of Lucid's actual customer base. So it's still pretty anecdotal, regardless.

My ‘25 AT is at KOP as well. Really disappointed and frustrated with the manager there and LUCID overall about troubleshoot. They replaced 2 HW components and now about to do a 3rd. Feels like they are shooting in the dark. Owned the car for 4weeks with more than one week in the shop. Pretty dissaponted here.

I really hope there is some resolution and some compensation. Did not buy a new Car to have it in the shop 25% of the time.
So you have never had a shop replace a part then find opps not that one. Let’s try this?
Bless you

Hahah .

Damnnn they don’t care!

They have been through 8 attorneys since I have left. No one wants to stay or be responsible
