I have sent emails on the same issue for nearly a month now without a single response or even acknowledgement.

Anyone else have this experience or know that the problem is?

Email, unfortunately, is not a great way to get Lucid’s attention, I’ve found.

Inexcusable, but reality.

I’d call customer care. Or call your individual service center directly if you can.

Same here, I have not received ANY response to ANY email from them ever. And by the way.... good luck with customer service phone line.... My brand new gravity just stopped charging. The only person I was able to get was service advisor in their Houston studio. Took my car and never heard from them.... DON'T BUY LUCID!

Personally, I don't have a problem getting to Lucid SC. l live 5 miles away (from Scottsdale SC), I just drive to the SC and talk to them. The staff there are courteous and helpful.

That said, getting a service appointment is another matter. Lucid SCs are sooooo backlogged. You are talking about months to get an appointment. Even with an appointment, you have to leave the car there for 3 weeks to be serviced.

Frankly, I was hoping for the new corporate management to attack the service problem with a "hair on fire" urgency. I know the new management acknowledges service is a problem. I am just surprised we haven't seen any visible actions or results.

They have had my GGT for a month without a single contact after repeated requests. Now officially in lemon law territory. Pretty big failure of customer service to not even be able to make a single call/text/email in a month. Told them today to figure out how to call me back by the end of the day or I will start the lemon law process. I hate having to be this guy. I have worked in contact center customer service for 35 years. It's not that hard.

Oh it’s just going to get worse. I’ve been doing lemon with them for months. They aren’t going to respond to you just so you know.

You need to have service request a buyback. Usually corporate ignores them, or you get an email that says “there is no timeline for replies”. And the sales agreement has forced arbitration in it, so expect 3 months of waiting then. And they will send a lawyer a fight you. If you lose (which you probably will), then you have to sue them. Lucid will argue that time waiting for service doesn’t count as lemon law, or that they are two different companies, or that service is known for “shoddy workmanship” but that’s not technically failure. and it’s just grey enough that arbitration might not rule for you.

Yes, Houston is a train wreck. But it is not only the Houston (and some other SCs in central US) that have SC issues. There is also, as the OP stated, Customer Service as a whole.

I've had good customer service in both Seattle and Rocklin, but their repairs are shoddy. 5 trips so far, same problems.

However, all communication with literally anyone but Rocklin has completely imploded in the last few months. Lucid is worse than it has ever been.

Houston, they took it down a month ago. I am in Dallas. Service center coming but not open yet in Dallas.
My car is at Houston currently. They haven't exactly been proactive with updates but so far they have been responsive when I text my service advisor.
