Hello, new here, lurker for the past year. We want a three row EV and I have tried everything but I keep coming back to Gravity. It is definitely the best choice for us and a fantastic vehicle. We really need the range for winter driving to the mountains so we would lease a GT. R1S has good range, but we don't need any of that vehicle's capabilities and the ride is, well, truck-ish.

However, I have concerns about service. I'm in the Boston area, can people with direct experience of the Natick SC please chime in? I am also worried about the travails I have seen with @jered trying to get a windshield replaced.

I really appreciate everyone's insight/feedback. Thank you!

Natick seems to be one of the service centers that’s operating quite well. When I was there a month ago they mentioned that they had recently doubled their service tech staff. Also, now a dedicated mobile tech with a Service-outfitted gravity, and supposedly they’ve split the mobile service between two people, one heading north and one heading south. If you’re in greater Boston, I would guess that mobile service may be reliably available. I’ve also always had a designated contact person in the time leading up to my service appointments, and while it’s in there, which really helps with communication.

There is still a relatively long wait for Service, but they move it through quite well once it’s on site— and seem to generally have loaners available. And hopefully that recent doubling of their staff, as well as (fingers crossed) a gradual slowdown of unexpected issues in relatively young cars, will mean that wait times can shrink substantially.

Especially if you’re not all that far from Natick, I really wouldn’t worry.

Thank you, that is reassuring, especially loaners and increasing headcount. I live less than a half hour from Natick.

So perhaps the only worry/potential stressor would be having to replace the windshield or roof glass. I had to replace the TMY roof glass at their own glass shop and it took 6 weeks to get the glass.
