Floor mats

Anyone get these tuxmat ones yet? Curious to see pictures. Especially of the trunk and seatback ones
1st, 2nd and 3rd row. The 3rd row fits perfect. 2nd row fits alright. 1st row is not acceptable. The clips, velcro clips and velcro included do not stick to the carpet. The clips to wedge under the trim in the 1st row do not work as there is no opening to wedge them into. The gaps are concerning. I’m most likely returning these and waiting for 3D Mats to come out with theirs.

Isn't 3D Mats already available? I see it on their site.

I'll have to post mine when I get my car back, I got the fronts to fit pretty well, with strategically placed combinations of the non-slip clips and the velcro stickies.

I just got the Lucid floor mats and they are pretty nice, especially the front mats which have sides that go up all the way around to keeps the debris on the floor mat.

I love my Liner-X mats! The higher side walls are awesome and will be ever more handy this winter with snow.
Got home from camping and hosed 'em all off. Boom!..the car's ready to take on the week. Easy!!

Be nice to have shorter trunk area mat to switch with the larger one when 3rd row seats are needed

Yellow circle is the velcro with the tape on the carpet and then another stuck to a flat part of the clip.

Orange are the clips with the non-slip texture on the back of them. This is the passenger side, you do have to tuck them in under trim sometimes.

I found the driver's side 1st row to be the most difficult; the trim on the right, around the "hump" between driver and passenger doesn't have gaps big enough for the clips and the stickies don't stick. So there is one gap in the mat I just can't get rid of in that area

I am getting my car back from service today, will see how well it held when they had to take apart things in the console:)

I returned mine. Your picture helped and I realized the only way to make them stick like you said, was the clips with velco backing with using the velcro stickers on the carpet. Which I don’t think will last forever, the stickiness on the carpet.

This is a shame because these look quite nice

I find they also did not give me enough of them, but I am one short on the driver side but I can live with it. I have 25 of those other clips that I can't use.

Here is the 2nd row seat protections in a couple of the most popular configurations we use the car in, mostly to counteract transporting my 10yr old son and his friends around....I didn't install the third-row ones because I just stow those away if there is something to put on them. The patterns on the back are some artifact of the phone camera aliasing...

Love my Liner-X but yes, having to remove it when I want to use three rows is annoying.

Otherwise, they have much better/higher coverage for front seats than Lucid mats. And they’re reasonably priced.

I'm assuming you ordered the "supertrunk"? If so, did yours come with a 7th mat? I have the 1 cargo, 2 for the 3rd row, and 3 for the 2nd but also a 7th long piece. Not sure what it's for or if it was thrown in by accident.
I also noticed my "seat location maps" on each piece was not accurate but itwasn't hard to tell where each piece goes.

Yes I have a long wide rectangle mat (your 7th piece), it goes over the 3rd row area when the seats are stowed in the subtrunk/over the 3rd row footwell gap. I also have the trunk mat that fits when the 3rd row is up, although it has some minor fitment issues that I was going to report back to Tuxmat before getting a new picture.

I just installed the "super trunk" kit and I think same fit issues with the trunk mat, it bunches up as the sides don't seem to fit quite perfectly. Hoping it will settle after having some weight on it

Not sure where you're having issues, but my trunk cargo mat seems to fit pretty well. It did get a little "flatter" after a day or 2.

Yeah yours looks like is settled out and is more flexible, my mat was quite stiff and didn't conform to the corner pockets and where the strike plate is. Will give it some time to settle and actually put stuff on it. It's not interferring with the hatch closing in any way so will see how it goes.

I wanted to compare LinerX and Tuxmat side by side. I have a 5-seat Gravity, so only the front seats and single row of rear mats are included.

The trunk and frunk mats were close in measurements, but the Tuxmat offered more height around the edges and a slightly more coverage towards the tailgate.

Tuxmat provides more coverage on every piece. The LinerX are more rigid, which may work better in a snowy climate. I prefer the flexibility and material used on the Tuxmat and will be returning the LinerX.
