I’ve been on hold with the customer care line for 2:15:43 and have been on hold the entire time. Currently trying to get ownership transferred over to me so that I can link and use the app. I’ve already sent in all of the info required via email. Any advice on what I should do? Planning on stopping by the dealership tomorrow to see if anyone can help me but any advice is appreciated.
 
Having the same issue. No replies to emails or phone calls.

Bring your purchase/registration paperwork and proof of ownership so they can verify everything and hopefully get the app linked while you’re there.
 
FWIW, I just called the customer service line about an hour ago, and someone picked up within 30 seconds of my selecting the menu options for customer service.
