Target $0

The stock price is unlikely to move upwards in the near term given current priorities and market realities. The company has emphasized improving cash flow and cost. Given the interest rate environment and the $2.5B in debt that needs to be serviced that's going to be very difficult. You can also layer geo-political uncertainty on top of that as well.

There is no catalyst for another 4 to 5 months and this keep falling down. I dont think there is another way.
Catalysts:

1. Improvements in cost cutting
2. Robotaxi roll out
3. Cosmos preproduction reveal - I expect it to happen in NY auto show in Nov
4. Increase in Gravity acceptance
5. Republicans getting drubbing in the midterms

If we all know what/when will happen , we would all be billionaires, including the analysts.

I still think they will unveil Cosmos at the LA Auto show in November, not release but at least a non-camoed static prototype that was shown at investor day.

OOF
Lucid has to get through a trough. That was obvious from the investor call. I’m not saying that they will or won't succeed. But nobody should be surprised by a drop in the stock price given the company’s current challenges and the obstacles it must overcome. Barring any significant intervening events, positive or negative, we’ll have a clearer picture in 6 months on where things stand.

They did just draw 400MM from their delayed credit. So I think the market is interpretting that as they are still burning cash faster than planned...

Read that, has a bit of AI vibe to the writing. Covers issues but writer's organization and style made it tiresome to read.
It was a nothing burger. A lot of words to say the stock is down for reasons we already knew about. What a waste of time.

I'm glad you mentioned this. While I don't expect much clarity on key initiatives for another 6 months, there will be clues. This is one of them. And the analyst and institutional investing community will be paying attention. For some retail investors, particularly those that invest on "vibes", it will be completely overlooked. But it's nonetheless crucial in understanding how the company is performing against their stated plan.

For those that didn't care for the 247Wallst article understand that it's not written for casual readers. It captures the fundamentals that are used in setting price targets, buy/sell recommendations, and determining the underlying value in the asset. It's a fairly agnostic take on where the company is at the moment and the criteria skilled investors consider in making decisions. They aren't the drunk guys at a party telling you to buy Lucid. They're the sober ones taking your keys.

While its a neutral article and has good info, it seem repetitive (like a HS student trying to get the word count up) and somewhat unorganized. The author would do better if they outlined the points they wanted to make before putting pen to paper (or keystokes to screen).

Sorry, that’s what I meant. LA auto show. Just like the Gravity.
