Excellent service from Lucid's new body shop in Millbrae

It's not well-known yet (Rocklin service didn't know when I called them) but Lucid quietly opened up a body shop in Millbrae and has been scaling it up. They did an amazing (10/10) job on my body work. Someone rear ended my vehicle at a traffic light at the end of June, and I initially took it to Barsotti's in Marin. They made it clear they really didn't want the job, and then I found out that Lucid has a body shop, and asked them to flatbed it. Their main guy, Jesus, sent photos during the entire process and responded instantly to texts and phone calls, and as more damage was discovered he expertly handed the supplementals with USAA. They returned the car in beautiful condition - detailed inside and out, and I could not be happier. They also took care of the coolant pump recall while it was in there. Zero parts delays.

Hope this helps others. Now I need to find the Lucid CEO email address and let him know what a great job they did.

@goldengate is this part of the millbrae service center or is there some other location we are supposed to contact? Have a scrape on the passenger side and want to get a second opinion (the first opinion was $6500 which I thought was a bit steep).

Yes for now it's part of the Millbrae service center. I believe it's splitting off at some point soon. $6500 sounds pretty steep to me. Repairing significant damage to the back end of my car was something like $26,000
