I changed my OEM 20"/21" to 22x9 265/40/22 front and 22x10 285/40/22 rear the rims are Asanti black and weigh approximately 30lbs each. I have not had them long enough to know the effects of the change and I have reached out to my dealer as it seems they are the only ones that can update the tire sizes in the computer. In addition I installed black PPF around the car to make it all around black, a little tougher than the so-called mini van...

Any advice/thoughts are welcome Happy New Year to all...

What tire did you go with and what offset on the wheels?

Which model wheel?

Hard to tell in the photos.

I went off of what the manufacturer told my wheel rep/friend and these charts as well...
 
One of the few Lucid Gravity owners in Europe here... I am looking into a square set up for my winter tires. Thinking of 275/45/R21 all around, with non-OEM rims (OZ Ares or similar, 9"). Do you think this might work (particularly with clearance/rubbing up front)? The car is so unknown here, it is quite hard to find a specialist that can give sound advice. Thanks!

You should get at least a 9.5” wheel, the tires stock are 265/285. Going 275 all around would be messing with things i wouldn’t mess with.

Excuse my ignorance, but why is the wider rim needed? And what is the issue with going 275 all round instead of the split width?

That’s the recommended wheel, generally you check tire width that goes on the wheel and just match wheel to size. TireRack lists these details on all their tires. It will fit a 9” but not optimally.

As far as 275/275 you would
Be changing diameter in opposite ways so the difference may impact something.

Going to a square 275/45/R21 would increase the front wheel diameter by 0.3" and reduce the rear wheel diameter by 0.3". This is roughly 1% different, each way.
