I'm trying to use the custom button on the steering wheel to open up my garage via homelink. I can't get this to work even after the new software update. I do have 3 different garages programmed, but can't figure out a way to pick one or if it even works. Anyone know how to do this?

Currently only works with only one garage programmed unfortunately

I only want to use it for one, but have 2 others programmed. Is there a way to select one?

Only way is to tap it on the screen

Hopefully they update in the future so that the geofencing and custom button work together

So if I delete the other two, will the button work? What if I re-add after programming the button?

Yes if you delete the other two it will work.

Never tried re-adding after programming the button but my guess is would not work.

You are correct. I've had my Gravity 8 months or so, and the steering wheel button worked great. But I just added a new garage door to my homelink setup and sure enough the steering wheel button stopped working. We won't even discuss the single line display so you have to scroll to find the correct "button" to press on the screen to open the door. Pretty frustrating. Until I found this thread I didn't realize the steering wheel button would only work if you only had 1 homelink entry. I was ready to report it as a software bug.

There's no reason they shouldn't be able to update the software to fix this. Maybe not quite a big, but can be a feature request...

3.6.0+ made it worse for me in that I have 3 homelink entries and it often only displays one of them when I approach the house and it's the incorrect one... and there's no way to force show the entire list that I could find.

Yes, should be an "easy" straightforward debug and fix in software... but probably way down their list unfortunately.
