Hi all,

I got this message earlier this week on my 2026 Gravity GT before, prior to the 3.6.3 software update. I did the software update and have done a "hard reset" several times, but it still won't go away.

As I said, it appeared before the software update, so it wasn't a result of that. I did a google search and someone said it could be a software glitch "ghost message."

I'm assuming others have experienced this and wonder if there's a fix? The car drives fine. Thanks for any insight on this.

Have you considered calling customer service and seeing what they have to say about it?

Though I will say it's disappointing to see the dashboard warnings talking about scheduling in the app when that hasn't worked in forever.

Several of us have gotten this message and it was a coolant system issue. Your Gravity likely needs service. If it is the coolant issue, they flush the coolant and replace the coolant manifold. Apparently, Lucid's used a coolant that causes a valve in the manifold to fail.

As the message says, the fix is to schedule service..

That message is pretty much a "check engine light" which can be indicative of hundreds of different conditions. Since this is a closed system, you need Lucid to check the vehicle and determine the cause.

^This. Happened to me and is apparently a known issue and they’re using a different coolant now. The random alerts and warnings from bugs are effectively gone from the software. So if it persists through a reset, my money is on this coolant valve issue. It could not be diagnosed without being at the SC for me.

Yes, and based on past experience with a different issue, I thought I would ask here first.

Having mine checked for this too while it's in for service this week. My driver side window decided to die yesterday and is stuck open, as long as it's in I'm having them look at my small list of things.

They’ll get that window back up. But I would t hold out hope that it goes up and down as you want it to. That seems to be a systemic issue as my regulators have been switched a couple of times and I still have issues. But they DO go all the way up now!

I'm assuming regulator too based on the behavior. Tried restarts, rest cycle and the window recalibration procedure but it just doesn't move at all. As long as it closes and lasts through September I'll be happy enough, we have a long roadtrip and will be gone most of the month for my wife's birthday.

It was super bad timing for the window to die too. We were at an event and staying at a hotel Wed-Sun. Loaded the car up to check out with a bunch of camera gear in the back but we were staying the afternoon for more of the event before heading home. The window went down and stopped moving right after loading the car and there was no way I was leaving all my stuff in it with the window down. Thankfully the event was pretty close to home (~20 minutes) so I was able to just make a quick run home and drop everything off.

We had the coolant valve issue, too, and got it addressed at the Roswell GA service center. Our Lucid mobile tech diagnosed it when we were still trying to figure out what the impact was. We drove about 300 miles one trip, after the warning light showed up. It seems like it might cause thermal throttling earlier, if you were DC fast charging, which we weren't. Anyway, get it fixed, but it doesn't seem to be an error that prevents you from driving it while you wait for a service appt.

Agreed. I drove almost 1,000 miles with the warning on because I was desensitized to the warnings and had a bunch of trips planned. That said, I recommend folks get it addressed.

I am now having an issue with my passenger side window stuck in the up position. Won’t roll down to index the window to open/close the door and just completely unresponsive. Guessing this is a mechanical defect and not software? In Newfoundland soooo not great timing 😅

They think mine is a dead regulator but they haven't even touched the car yet so I don't know for sure.

I'm unsure why exactly, but mine cleared itself after I charged to 100% on Aug 11th before my road trip and stayed clear until the 17th. Could just be coincidence but makes me wonder if I've got something other than the coolant manifold issue.
For the Gravity's part, it absolutely crushed charging in hot temps all along I-15. Love the new preconditioning screen's nerd mode you can turn on, and saw 388kw at ionna every stop. One of the Baker superchargers had a weird feeling cable, almost like it had lost coolant or vacuum, it wasn't full, and only hit 155kw, but every other stop I basically plugged in and didn't worry about it.

I've got mobile service coming next week to come check on it, but I'm tempted to give it another deep charge to see if I can reproduce my phenomenon.

I agree with setting up an appointment with Service. They have the fix for you. Its can be a number of possibilities in which we dont have a solution here on the forum. Its under warranty so it be covered. 🤷‍♂️
