I drove my Lucid Gravity on a 1,200 mile road trip and it attracted a large number of bugs along the way. Typically I have always washed it myself but opted for a "touchless" car wash. A couple of days later I noticed the the black trim adjacent to the windows had a "stain" purple in color. When the car was in for service I asked Lucid about the issue. They mentioned that it was not a warranty issue as it was caused by a chemical possibly a degreaser used by the car wash and reported that several owners had reported this issue. Questions for the forum: 1) Anyone else with this problem that may have found a product to restore the trim to its usual appearance? 2) Has any one experienced this with another vehicle? 3) I reviewed the manual and could not find reference to any warning re sensitivity to the trim, anyone seen anything in the manual re this?
