I just had my ChargePoint Home Flex L2 charger installed at our new summer place. Everything seemed fine and the car was charging normally, starting with around 35% charge remaining. After charging for a bit, the session ended before it reached the desired 80% SOC. Everything seemed normal: charger, car, electrical panel, etc. So I started the session again and it charged normally to completion. I'm at a loss to think of any reason why the session stopped mid stream. I don't have any charging timers set--in fact I've never done a timed charge. Any guesses why this happened?

Hello, a one-time interruption is usually nothing to worry about. The most likely causes are a brief power fluctuation, a temporary communication glitch between the car and charger, or a transient safety/temperature event. Since the charge restarted immediately and completed normally, it's probably a one-off. Check the ChargePoint app and your car's charging history for the recorded reason, and only investigate further if it happens repeatedly.

What about stuff like this? New trick my car started doing yesterday...

I use the Lucid Travel Cord plugged into a 240V outlet to charge AIR0GNT. Noticed that during this stop and start charging malaise the charge unit glows red instead of white.

BTW, since this thread has popped up again, I'm happy to report that this odd interruption hasn't happened a second time.

The Lucid charger part has gone bad. The red flashes tell what kind of error it is in the manual. You will likely need a replacement.

Thanks @Rogue. I'll need to get on that. Hopefully it is a warranted part.
