All the walmarts by me have 4 x 350KW EA chargers and Tesla already, I wonder what will make this better unless Walmart can offer you better prices along with their loyalty stuff.
They should definitely tie a discount to it if you are a WM+ customer. Will help drive traffic to both chargers and store. Hopefully it will be cheaper than the ridiculous EA, EVGo, etc rates.

Many more stalls per location than EA
Higher power, more reliable charging hardware (typically 8 x 400kW, well proven in Europe)
Walmart personnel trained to help people with common charging issues

Hopefully Walmart will be a better steward than EA. Nearly all the EA stations I've used have been at Walmart supercenter locations, and typically 1/3 of the stalls are out of service.

I have had good luck at Walmart and EA at least with my Mach-E (haven’t done much road-tripping with the Lucid yet) over the past 3 years

You’d be surprised how many new EV owners have no idea how to charge their first time at a DCFC. The Walmart employees can handle the very simple things like showing them how to do it, put in trouble tickets for down stations (which is HUGE bc Walmart will now be responsible for the stations, instead of telling people call them EA folks. They will have incentive to get the stations repaired ASAP as they now have skin in the game) and potentially handle conflicts of queueing. I dont think anyone expects them to actually repair or service the machines any more than a gas station attendant.

I heard Walmart opened charging station in Freehold, NJ that is working. Has anyone tried using and charged their Lucid Air?
Wish there was an easier way to find the Walmart branded chargers. It seems you need to use the WM app, but I can't find a way to "find a charger" in their app. The only way I have found is to use the Plugshare app and filter for WM stations
This seems like it'll be an ongoing issue for most non-Tesla vehicles. With everyone having different "preferred" networks, and using who-knows which back end, how quickly can new chargers (not to mention new charging networks) get added to on board nav systems?
Don't the networks have this information and Lucid just queries the charging network? That's what I would expect. Expecting Lucid to keep a map of charging stations is crazy (and how would Lucid know the number of charge ports which are in use?).

Ideally, Lucid would turn up Plug-n-Charge with these providers, which would necessitate an index of some sort that our cars could query. But Plug-n-Charge integrations seem to have faltered for whatever reason.

You can filter by Walmart and if owners are subscribed or enrolled in Trailblazer you'll see charging sessions \ peak rates recorded at the location as well from Lucid Owners
It took me a while to figure out how to get there, but I found it. In the Walmart app, click on SERVICES (across the bottom), AUTO SERVICES, EV CHARGING AT WALMART. Can search by zip code or open the map. The map shows both their own chargers (with the Walmart "spark" icon) as well as any 3rd party ones, like EA.
Thanks. Amazing that it’s buried so deep in the app. Maybe once more locations come online, they will expose it more prominently. Right now, the closest WM branded charger is about 900 miles away from me in CO (the Broomfield location you’re showing). I will be taking a road trip at Thanksgiving-time from LA area to Denver area (Erie), so perhaps more will be available. Right now it will be Tesla and a few Ionna stations for my trip. Won’t be able to drive the Air due to 21” summer rubber and will take my R1S instead
