Lucid App "Live View" does not connect

Live View works for me only with WiFi turned off in the car.
It works with WiFi turned on or off on my phone, a Pixel 10 Pro. I don't use a VPN on my phone while it is on my home WiFi, nor when on LTE/5G.
 
The Gravity connects to Lucid via a VPN built in to the car's software so I suspect something about that configuration is what causes problems with devices on the same local network being able to connect to the Live View.

Interestingly, my Gravity wouldn't connect to my phone with the phone connected only by LTE/5G. I had to turn off WiFi in the car.
 
Same exact behavior here. If the car's wifi is on, no go. Turn it off, works as intended.
Does not matter if my phone has wifi switched on or not.

Only works when my phone WiFi is turned off. How long will this be free? Just picked up my new ‘26 Gravity and confused about the LiveView and Halo Record features. Doesn’t say anywhere how long the trial will last nor how to pay. I only have DreamDrive basic (so ironically no surroundview) but would love a fully integrated dashcam (that possible?) and LiveView subscription. Will post separately if not the right thread

LiveView and Halo are still in beta and should, hopefully, have more features eventually. There hasn't been any indication yet when/if Gravity owners will have to pay for any of the additional features or how to do that. For now Lucid is just providing them to us.
