Window rolled up while door open - scratched trim

Today while I had the driver door open the car failed to keep the window slightly down, and as a result the top left corner of the window (when looking in from outside) gauged the trim as the door was closed. The window has a very minuscule chip on the inside as well but I’m just glad it didn’t completely shatter. Anyone else experience this? Might be my first bug since delivery a couple weeks ago on an otherwise perfect car so far.

This happened once in connection with an auto-reversal issue I was having about a month ago (the window wasn't auto reversing when closing the door). The issue self-resolved, and this buffed out. Pardon the potato resolution - this is zoomed in.
