Got an orange Drive System Warning error on our Gravity. Did a full "double beep" reset, but the warning didn't go away. Called the Chicago service center, and they want me to bring it in. They are running 15-20 days behind. Kind of bummed to have to give our Gravity up for that long, but they did offer us a "luxury loaner from Enterprise car rental" for the duration. They had no Lucid loaners available until late Sept.

Having just had a similar error, I bet it’s the cooling valve and coolant liquid. They’ll need to replace. Apparently, that’s been fairly common early on. Could be totally wrong, but keep us posted.

I just got my car back and i can confirm that it took 3 weeks in service before they started on my car. I did get a lucid loaner though. Im not surprised that they’re out of loaners with so many ppl waiting for service

I just got my Gravity back as well. It was at the SC for 10 days, but actually be worked in for 2.5 days. It was a couple of days before they began to work on it. Thankfully, they had Air loaners. Communication was excellent daily and everything (and more) was addressed.

TBH, I’d prefer a Gravity loaner as the Air is way too low for my liking. But I got a Lucid loaner, and driving an Air for 10 days made
Me realize how much more I love the Gravity.

Ha...I had the same feeling after having an Air loaner for a week recently. And I hated the steering wheel being in front of the display. Love my squir-cle. lol

I will say the range was incredible...

My GGT is at the Seattle service center for the same thing. At first they said they're waiting for the coolant valve to replace that, and now they're waiting for water pumps. Seems like most of the time spent at SC is just waiting for parts. Thankfully I did get an Air loaner. It's a very basic Touring with no upgrades, so I miss all the nice features that my Gravity has. At least the Air is fun to drive and has almost the same range.

Just got the Gravity back after 23 days. The service team was always responsive and updated me throughout. They are just really backlogged. Hopefully they can get some of these service times down soon. Coolant valve replaced, and a new back seat installed due to the recall for insufficient welding on some seats, plus a kinked hose in the rear window fluid dispenser was fixed. They did provide us with a “luxury class” rental, but it’s not the same, and we missed our Gravity. Glad to have it back.
