Hi Everyone, New owner. The AT does not have geo fencing so it constantly unlocks & locks, which puts the car in some mode that says disabled. When I open the APP it either says Waking (never wakes it) or Offline. Both modes the app buttons are grayed out to lock or unlock the car. I can use the key card or keyfob, but I don't see the app come back online. Maybe it will eventually, but once I get the car open I just drive it or get what I need.

How do I fix this though?
I do not see any APP updates or SW updates for the car.
 
It’s not a thing about lock or unlock, you can disable that and it will still show offline. I have always theorized it’s something wrong with Lucids servers that authentic you to the car.
 
I had the offline issues a couple months back. Just turn off WiFi in your car and use the LTE network. I did that and the car/app never go offline again. Not even once. Lucid SC looked at it. Couldn’t fix it. Asked me to keep WiFi off at the time being.

About the car constantly locking and unlocking when I walk near the garage, I just turn off Bluetooth on my phone while I’m at home. Yes it sucks. But it is what it is.

Did this work? My car is only online when I'm in my wifi at the moment.
This hasn't been a problem, until I road tripped this weekend and charging became laborious.

It appears to work better.
 
Make it two then. Turning off wifi has now fixed my car offline problem.
 
I had always problem with car "waking up" which might take 5-10minutes, or never connect, even tho, I had no wi-fi atm.
Once I wrote to customers support an email, describeing the problem, it helped for a bit, but after last update - 2.8.30 it went back to normal (which is not working).
Android Auto, samsung S26 - Europe.
 
I wish I had seen the tip to turn off the car's wifi months ago... problem solved. Thank you @FooFighter !!
