Looking for some advice from the community.
I recently picked up a 2024 Lucid Air Touring and can't get it to charge from my Tesla Universal Wall Connector.
Here's what I've tried:
Has anyone run into this? If so, what ended up fixing it? I'm also considering trying a Tesla Supercharger with the same adapter to help narrow down whether the problem is the home charger or something else.
I've already opened a case with Lucid support but haven't heard back yet beyond an acknowledgment that responses are delayed.
I recently picked up a 2024 Lucid Air Touring and can't get it to charge from my Tesla Universal Wall Connector.
Here's what I've tried:
- Tesla Universal Wall Connector is set to Charge All.
- Using the Lucid NACS adapter.
- Plugging in results in the wall connector going blue → green → blue, then charging stops and the Lucid reports that charging was interrupted.
- The car does charge successfully using the included 120V mobile charger.
- The car also charged successfully at a ChargePoint station.
