I spoke with Lucid Lease Return Customer Service and they didn't have any answers.
So just had my pre-inspection, and a couple issues that I was aware of came up. One scratched rim (its minor but it is what it is), and I have a ripped drivers seat. I also received a recall notice a couple weeks back for something else that needs to be done.
The ripped seat actually should be covered under warranty, and so is the recall notice for some electrical work. Unfortunately, the earliest the service center could get me in when I called two weeks ago was end of July, which is past the date I need to return the vehicle. The service center said they are 99% sure the seat would be covered under warranty.
How should I go about returning the vehicle, when there are still warranty items that can fix the issues?
