This is now fixed, and they replaced the slide covers with a newer rev. Overall I've been very happy with the Natick, MA SC -- I know this varies across the country. They're great at communication, at fixing things, and at time in service. (I haven't had the "drop it off and we'll look at it in 2 weeks" that other people have reported elsewhere.) The time to get an appointment is not great (3-4 weeks) but I think they only have two or three people in service. Factory quality is going to have to improve.
Search doesn't seem to be working right on the site so I can't link to my December service reports, but I found it interesting what they fixed this time as part of service campaigns!
