Thought I’d share with the greater audience my major Air malfunction. I’ve had my ‘25 Touring since Dec and it’s been in the shop for probably a third of that time. The major problem that they can’t seem to fix is a driver side suspension noise when you hit any rut/man hole cover/pothole/etc. The noise progressively got worse from a couple times a week to every 200 feet. The first trip to the service center was a month and even after consulting with engineering they were fairly confident they hadn’t remedied the issue. Noise is much worse after service too. Engineering says it’s normal for heat pump cars which is absolutely laughable. I notice the same noise on my loaner ‘25 Pure but I hadn’t noticed it on any of my previous 4 loaners that were ‘24 and older cars. Reddit has a handful of people complaining about the same issue on their ‘25s as well.

Anyone have the same problem and actually got it fixed?
 
I've had a front clunking sound from accelerating / decelerating, or going over speed bumps, it turned out to be a loose front right half shaft nut.

It was tightened to specs and the noise went away. Do you know if they specifically checked for this or the motor mounts?
 
same on my 2023 air pure, mostly got stiff arm from service

Discussed extensively here with many offering solutions. The one I posted fixed ours. I shared that linked post with the tech at Costa Mesa.
 
I had a front right suspension creak in my 2025 Pure when the chassis was torqued like when i would go up and down the landing on my work parking garage. Mobile service could address it without lift so i brought it in and they replaced a part and it resolved.

They first though the issue the loose sway bar end fittings that some have had but those were not the culprit. Then it was thought to be a bad strut, replaced that with no improvement. After that all I know is Engineering had them tear apart the front end so much it took 3 days to put back together.
