Hi All,

I have been lurking on these forums for about 7-8 months, finally took the plunge on a 2025 Air GT and took delivery few days ago. The forums have been very useful and I wanted to thank everyone who has posted the things that they have liked/not liked or felt frustrated with over their ownership of Lucid. It helped me quite a bit in terms of what to expect, with this "new kid in town". This is also my 1st EV, so there has been a lot to learn, love and experience.

Thanks guys. BTW, any idea how long it takes Lucid to ship the mobile charger? I ordered it about 10 days ago, but their website provides no information about when to expect it.

Check the email confirmation of the order... mine had an expected ship date.

Welcome MyLuci. I am in the same boat - 1st EV and received a 2025 Air GT a month ago. I bought the travel charger, they gave an expected ship date but I received it early by a week or so. I also had an Autel 80 amp charger installed in the garage. I am very happy with the car and the charger. Again, welcome looking forward to hearing how the car does in the cold weather.

Thanks. Yeah, the email had a ship date, but it has been about 2 weeks from the "ship date" without any movement. Hopefully soon. I contacted the salesperson I worked with about this, but haven't received any response. So not sure what to expect.

Thanks. Congrats on getting your new EV as well. That's good that you received your travel charger early. I am still waiting. I am getting an 80 amp charger installed as well. So far, the car has been very good without any major glitches. Will see how the winter goes. Are you thinking of getting winter tires or sticking with the all season ones?

Well, I’m in North Carolina and stay away from the north in the winter since I moved down here 20 years ago. So I will stay with my all season tires. I did read yesterday that Michelin is introducing a Pilot for EV with lower road noise. Don’t think it’s a winter tire but interesting. 80 amp charger helps my range anxiety a lot. Charging at 75 to 80 mph is very cool and allows time for charging the kids Tesla which takes longer since it can only take about 40 amps or so. I do have a spare travel charger (not Lucid) that I bought while waiting for the Lucid travel charger if you or anyone else is interested. It’s 40 amp.
