2025 Touring Door Handles Don’t Work

Brand new AT has been into service center for a week and now again for driver and passenger side door handle issues. They don’t present. They present but don’t budge. The back doors handles work so I can climb in. Anyone else having issues? I have tried every software reset issue as has the shop.
 
Door handles not presenting is a common problem, not much to be done about that. It's a design flaw. Door handles not opening the door is less common and probably something specific to your car. Service will sort it out, just going to have to be patient.
 
They still haven’t figured it out and there update is all smoke. Anyone know someone in corporate I can speak to to get some action? This is their latest BS…Good afternoon, the technician is working with our field team in diagnosis for the concerns. They are advising on next steps.

That's not "all smoke"... that's an update. It may not mean a lot to you, but "working on a diagnosis" is a perfectly valid status to be in. It's unfortunate for you that it's not a common issue with a quick fix, but I don't see the point in trying to go over the techs' heads when they are doing their jobs and communicating all that they have to communicate.
 
They have had my car for 2 weeks , have offered no solutions or timeframes for when it might be fixed and there communication has been misleading , inaccurate and unclear. They have told me my car would be ready 4 times over 2 weeks only to backpedal at the last moment saying it’s not ready. The tech advisors are friendly and courteous but get their updates from the service team who absolutely don’t know how to fix it . They need to be honest and just say they don’t know what the solution is or when it will be ready instead of feeding me false promises every day

So when they do give you a timeframe and miss it, you're displeased. When they don't give you a timeframe, you're displeased. Not sure what you want from them other than to wave a magic wand and fix it. Troubleshooting a complex system is a difficult thing to do and no one can tell the future.

They provided a loaner vehicle right? Enjoy the loaner, put some big miles on it, and relax.
 
My car is in the shop for some trim piece replacement, they don't know how long it will take to get the part.

At the moment I am drive the loaners which gives me the chance to experience different trims, but of course my GT wins.
 
Something that fixed my issue when it started a couple years ago was the main power connector in the drivers door was positioned female up, male down connector so water can easily work its way down in to the female connector when it rained. The symptoms were door handle and mirrors did not present.

Since this was flipped, I haven’t had the issue again. Mobile service helped identify this issue. Maybe it will work for you? 🤷‍♂️

Interesting, I hope they can diagnose this for them. I hadn’t heard of that issue before but sounds pretty easy to fix.
