Hi guys, took delivery of the Pure in White this weekend from their Rosewell, Atlanta service and delivery center. Driven many rental EVs and this one is at the top.

Best road trip back to Nashville ever...it drives like a dream with no range anxiety.

It's great to become a Lucid owner (Brand is strong and continues to improve) and it's also a great time to lease one if you are looking to get into a luxury EV.

Congrats and welcome! I’m finding that each ride is better than the last one! Enjoy!

Assuming you're still in the Nashville area, have you had an occasion to interact with the local service center and/or mobile service? If so, what was your overall impression?

I’m in Nashville. I had to ship my car back after taking delivery. They gave me a pretty solid rental credit (it converted to a Cadillac) until I got it back. I definitely would have preferred my car, but they definitely took care of me.

Gotta be frustrating, having to ship off your new car right away, but I'm glad to hear that they at least covered your needs in the interim.

If you'd ever be willing to consider showing off your Air, it would be my pleasure to pick up the tab for coffee/lunch. While I'm 98% sold on purchasing a Lucid, there's no substitute for seeing one in person.

Sure! That would be fun. Send me a DM and we can work it out

I tried DMing you. Hopefully that will work

Sorry Tim, I retuned my lease so don't check this forum as often. Ive had to use the service a couple of times and in both instances the car needed to be taken to the service center in Roswell. They offered a rental but I didn't need one. They really need to open up a local one...my realtor who was choosing between a P80 and Air ended up going with the P80 because of this.

Hey Tim, did you buy Lucid? I was wondering if you could share your opinion based on your research, I live in Nashville and my concern are around the service.

I live in Nashville. When my car arrived there was a small issue with the trunk. So they had to take it in. Lucid arranged a truck to pick it up at my house and gave me a pretty nice rental. It was a Cadillac suv. Can’t remember the exact modem but it was the best car at Enterprise that day. The truck driver got Covid and my car ended up hanging out there for a few days longer than expected and they just payed for the rental.

Honestly it was easier than when my car went to the Lexus dealership in town for a month over a warranty thing. Then I got no loaner as they were out of loaners!

There’s a local mobile guy for smaller stuff that drives to you and does the work.

Feel free to hit me up with specific questions.
