I think they are trying to expand faster, which is good for them to reach peak production. They estimate it will run them through 2025.

Tesla seem to getting away with so many things, this is just one of that.

Ramping up production is super hard. By the time they are out of cash which is several quarters away, they will be generating a lot of revenue(I hope). Also they are backed by Saudi fund, they won’t let it happen.

That was my concern as well, whether lucid will deliver Pure by end of 2023. But 300$ to potentially saving 7500$ is no-brainer.

No, I think they have until end of the year. Bill is effective from Jan 1 2023.

I don’t know if Lucid would offer a solution considering they are having hard time deliverying cars.

How is Fisker eligible? It’s not manufactured/assembled in US, right?
