    Stuck Frunk

That works when the frunk works normally. However when it's stuck, you have to push much harder to get the mechanical latch to close.

    Stuck Frunk

So I've had the latching issue for months though. Turns out manually closing the frunk every time it gets stuck is not a good idea... The latch is coming through the lid -_-

Automatic Battery Preconditioning with Lucid Navigation

It should do it all the time. Usually it starts around 40 minutes before the estimated arrival. Maybe your battery level was already too low?

My experience supercharging with magic dock

No recent experience, but the technical part hasn't changed, you should see these CCS superchargers as a backup solution only. The 50kw limit is still true and the cost is prohibitive for such a slow charge speed. You'll take nearly 2 hours to fully charge your Lucid, and you'll pay about $50...

Lucid out of the list for Supercharge spring 2024 release

Crossing fingers, I wonder if Tesla is also going to go 800v. The cybertruck is 800v and I believe it can charge faster if plugged to a 800v though it can still charge 250kw on a 400v charger. Also EA is going to switch to NACS too, so the 800V availability will be there.IMO iIt's still possible...

Lucid out of the list for Supercharge spring 2024 release

Kind of like "Surreal Sound"? :p

    Colorado

I commute to Boulder nearly every day, so we might just be missing each other. There is another pure owner in my neighborhood in Lafayette.

Lucid out of the list for Supercharge spring 2024 release

Sadly the 50kw limit is from the car converting 400V to 800V. Right now all superchargers are 400V, so magic doc or NACS won't make a difference in charging speed. Even if next year all Lucids have NACS, they'll still charge at max 50kw on most if not all superchargers

    Air Pure DC Fast Charging

Totally agree, I used to have an Audi e-tron and the flat charging curve spoiled me. Kind of strange how Lucid is all about their "amazing battery tech" and has one of the worst charging curves for its class, beaten by 400V battery tech from 2019. And dont get me started on the genius move of...

    Air Pure DC Fast Charging

That's the fastest I was able to get my 2023 Pure AWD. This speeds literally lasts for a second and then drops like a brick. To achieve this, you have to have mercury in retrograde, kiss the lucid logo 3 times and swear to never buy a Tesla.

RESOLVED Bass is nonexistent (resolved by OTA update)

And here's is the feedback from service on the work document:

RESOLVED Bass is nonexistent (resolved by OTA update)

Bring that up to support, they really need to hear that. My guess is that they though they could remove a bunch of speakers to lower the cost but they just went too far and made the front of the car sound horrible. The back is actually good.

RESOLVED Bass is nonexistent (resolved by OTA update)

To get back to the subject of shitty sound system. Service said that the base Surreal Sound in the pure has 9 speakers and that they all work as expected... It's not the first time that they heard this complaint, but I think all pure owners that are upset with this should contact customer...

RESOLVED Bass is nonexistent (resolved by OTA update)

A few weeks ago, I was able to test the audio in a Touring which has the hardware for Surreal Sound Pro but without the subscription to premium. Which should sound like a regular Surreal Sound car.... And it sounded amazing. Hopped back into my car and it sounded like garbage, I would expect the...

My experience supercharging with magic dock

I took that trip just to test the supercharger :) Didn't go through Estes though, did Masonville, Walden then Kremmling. Since I had time I went a little further to Steamboat Springs to test the Chargepoint and drove back home with the 70, via Kremmling again :) Did about 400 miles in an...
