You can pull the side panels off, which gives you access to some of the screws. Grab the side panel where I have my hand and pull straight back. The panel will pop off. I didn't ask about that, but they had a huge area for spare parts and a showroom area, so they probably do.

On the Tesla forums they say that it takes three to four months if you mail in your application. However, those who apply on the website are getting approved in about a week.
