Customer service setup the tow truck, it was picked up, and I have not gotten any info since. I call, they say Houston needs to call me back. I wait endlessly.

Had a few drive failures last night, car put itself into low power mode and regen braking, dream drive etc all disabled speed capped at 50. Reboots didn't seem to help at all, called customer service this AM, before they called back with an appt I got the software update. Fingers crossed, but...

Similar experience, took about 10 minutes. Didn't have to re verify identity, dream drive showing calibrated. I have a loaded GT.

Agree, in and out of my garage every time, make it a programmable option for the steering wheel button. They auto open, so you have to close them, then reopen them on the other side.
