I never said they pushed the update 10 days apart. I said they pushed the update 10 days ago and that I tried to install it twice (both times on the same day).
I double checked and I see now where my mistake comes from. During our calls, customer care was mentioning 3.3.2 but the link I...
I don't understand what people are missing here.
The version of the software (prior to any update was 3.2.2). Lucid pushed version 3.3.2 to the vehicle hoping it would fix he issues. After the first attempt failed they agreed to push another update. That second try failed more dramatically...
They pushed 3.3.2 to the car hoping it’d fix the problem. New versions of a software are not necessarily pushed to all vehicles at once. More though when things are sketchy as it is the case with Lucid software.
This is weird. I tried to install 3.3.2 10+ days ago and it went South; and I heard other people having the same experience.

I was also an early Tesla adopter (S,X,Y,M) and I recall having many software issues with the S after delivery. It's not fun but it...
Lucid had to fix the console because my key cards were not working but when they gave me the car back it is the key fob that was not working (it could not start the car)!
I was told installing the software update (3.3.x) would fix the issue. The install failed but after that the key fob started...
My issues so far:
Key card not recognized.
Schedule charging not working.
Back seats slightly overlapping each other preventing one side to lay flat.
When I'm on the phone, the person on the other end can barley hear me.
Home link activates at times that are not expected (known issue).
Weird...
Yes, but not all Tesla stations are compatible. As of today, there is a discrepancy between the in-car list and the list in the app. The app lists compatible stations properly, not the car. I learned the hard way.
