Just happened to me too - exact same issue. tried the log reset, didn't work. waited on hold for customer service for 20+ minutes and while I was waiting, I tried the X+Mic+Brake reset and that worked. It never chimed though, had to hold them down for a good 30 seconds and then when I let up...

I just had a similar experience, but Lucid Service says it's not covered under warranty because it's damaged. I've had no accidents and there's no visible damage, but they are saying it might have been a rock chip. Has anyone else had to pay to have it replaced?

2023 Air Touring - updated this afternoon. Took a little over 2 hours. Haven't driven it yet, but the app certainly wakes the car up more quickly

I'll try and make it! Been seeing many more Lucids: saw a phantom blue pure yesterday in Braeswood, another Black Touring in West U Thursday and ZR Touring near the Galleria Friday also! Three in two days.

Tim-in-CA, This happened to me too, CarPlay just suddenly stopped working on my commute this morning while listening to the Podcast app, just 5 minutes into my drive. And I haven’t gotten it to restart again, although I haven’t tried resetting anything yet. I‘m on 16.5.

This happened to me today. My fob was in the cupholder and my mobile key wouldn't open the car. Luckily I was at home and had the second fob close by.
