In 3 years of ownership, this has never happened. In 2 years of ownership in the other car, this has never happened to me. Do you share your app log in credentials with some one else like a spouse or child that could have initiated without your knowledge?
In the Lucid App, click the person icon in the bottom tray on the right. Scroll down until you see the yellow circles area. Tap on the screen there a few times. A send ticket window pops up to send logs to Lucid.
Reminder - on the Apple App Store:
1. Open App Store
2. Click on your name/picture in upper right
3. Swipe down/drag the sheet to refresh apps that need update. It manually forces a check.
Kind of misspoke there I guess… it doesn’t look bad as I may have indicated with ‘does it look better in person’. I do think it looks good. I’ve watched reviews and have appreciated the software clips I have seen.

My first impression is that it almost just looks like the “larger text” setting for iPhone but for Lucid UX. Like Gravity on the left and Air on the right in the picture below for the analogy. Is it just upscaling for the larger screens and orientation? Or does it look better in person?

I haven’t watched any of his other videos. But, what stands out to me is that he actually edited in how unbelievably giddy he was about it. Which leads me to believe it was genuine and probably small sample sets of his overall excitement. Damnit… I didn’t want to be TakeTres but good lord 😍
I have found the same slowly happening in SoCal. The last few months I have been able to pull up and plug in immediately. Contrast to otherwise full chargers with a long queue over just a few months ago. I had a lot of Ioniqs and ID4s. I think the wave of 2 year free EAs is beginning to expire...
