Closing the loop... I contacted Lucid to set up an appointment at the service center closest to me, which is 2 hours away...and instead they were able to send the mobile service team to me to fix the issue! It was indeed a loose sway bar...problem solved. Thanks, Lucid (and Lucid owners)!

Curious what this turned out to be? My Air is making the exact same noise as the one in the video...and I would love to avoid taking it in for service since the nearest center is two hours away.

They had one in stock for me when I picked up my Air Touring two weekends ago. Unless you want to use the credit for something else, it makes sense to just use it for the mobile charging cable. Use it or lose it...

Same one, but a little cheaper on Amazon...have only had to charge once so far, but worked perfectly with the standard Tesla home setup (just switched from Tesla Model 3 to Lucid Air Touring).
