I'm sure many of you already know, but there is a 12 hour window after your scheduled charging time. If you set your charging time at 12:01 am, it will immediately start charging when plugged in anytime from midnight to noon.
The linked article is only an archived page. I did notice that the page said that three oil companies paid the most taxes in absolute terms but that does not say anything about the effective tax rate.

There are jumper pins to lower the current draw if you wanted to give it a “test” run with existing wiring - but it kinda defeats the initial purpose, no?

I'm guessing you would be happy with enough charge to reach the nearest commercial charging station? Also, have you contacted the airport for their recommendations? It seems like this is a problem they may have...
