As an owner since early 2023, i can say that service in the early days was great! Only in the last year or two has it been difficult to get appointments and reasonable times. I will say that i have always been offered a loaner for the duration of the service visit so it makes it less painful...

Hmm...if you are in Orange county, might be worth dropping by the Costa Mesa service center and letting the service manager take a look. If it needs service though, you probably will have to wait several weeks for an appointment.

I'm guessing they are extremely busy... If you are patient, they will eventually get back to you. If you really want an appointment date, no substitution for showing up in person.😅
