    Experience with AllState Claims?

That is what I guessed too. I am in the Dallas-Fortworth, TX area. I see no reason for me to drive a Toyota Corolla while I make payments on my Lucid Air and it sits idle in a shop for no-fault of mine.

Thanks everyone. It's been working after I restarted my HA.

    Experience with AllState Claims?

Hello owners, My beautiful AT was in an accident last week and the other party's insurance (AllState) accepted liability. There is only one Authorized Body shop in DFW (Park place) and I went there for the repairs. They tell me that they expect the car to sit in shop for 3-4 weeks. Anybody has...

Is the HA integration working for others? I noticed that it stopped working for me today. It says “entity is no longer provided by the integration”

Why I bought an EV other than Lucid Air

I have had the car for 2 years now. My nearest service center is 4.5 hours away in Houston, TX. But I never had to take my car there. Whatever little maintenance my car needed, was taken care in the comfort of my home, by the amazing mobile service team in the DFW area. I am almost certain...

    Keyboard blunder?

That is a workaround, not a solution. That does not make this bad integration of Lucid go away. I am sure Lucid has bigger fish to fry, but it does not mean that all smaller things go unreported. @Bobby do not get me wrong - I deeply appreciate your efforts to help fellow owners on this forum...

    Keyboard blunder?

The user is pointing out a missing character on the Lucid’s pilot panel keyboard. This means the user can’t type his password on the car, that he had set it up as his password on the computer. This seems like a real bug for Lucid Software Engineers, and it doesn’t need to be dismissed with a...

Open letter to Lucid after 29 months of ownership

My 23 Air is the best car I have ever driven. Nevertheless, Lucid still needs to fix the mobile key experience and the wipers. Or better yet, trade my car with @Bobby and I would have the perfect car! :)

Tire blowout - what expenses should I expect?

Closing down the loop here - Discount tire was quick enough to identify that the TPMS on one of the tires was bad and they replaced it. A 10 min drive after that to reset the TPMS, and it is working now.

Tire blowout - what expenses should I expect?

Ever since my tires were installed, the tire pressure sign has stayed on. The pilot panel does not show tire pressure until I have driven atleast 10 miles. Even then, tire pressure from only 3 tires is shown. Should I go back to discount tire? 😥

Tire blowout - what expenses should I expect?

Just learnt from the Lucid Service that replacing one of the wheels costs ~$700 (wheel alone costs $550 plus tax). Also, the nearest place Lucid can perform wheel alignment is Houston SC which is 4 hours away  DFW as metroplex has the highest number of Lucid Owners and it deserves to have...

Tire blowout - what expenses should I expect?

One of the wheels had a bent rim! It is not the one with blow out or the bulge. So it's probably another pothole. I reached out to Lucid if I can get one wheel replaced. Waiting to hear from them. You are right. I should be hitting 24k in another 1-2 months so worth it to get wheel replaced...

Tire blowout - what expenses should I expect?

Update: Discount tire replaced the two tires free of cost. They recommended that I replace the other two as well. Given it’s at 23k miles already, I might have to replace them anyway in a few months. So ended up getting all 4 tires and new certificates for all of them. Went with Pirelli P Zero...
