Interesting. Our LCHCS is connected to wifi. It is running .21 software. I cannot get the LCHCS to connect under the CLOUD tab though the LCHCS is on the wifi network and it also PINGS correctly. Customer service told me today the software is charger specific and I don’t need to update/upgrade...

Thank you. The LCHCS is connected to Wifi and I can access it over the network with the assigned IP address (I have to remember that new one, or will it continuously re-assign?) but the status pages show not connected to Lucid cloud and the software has never updated. Still showing .21 instead...

Can you reach the LHCS from anywhere via the internet? Or only when on same network as the charger?

Does anyone have an easy way to tune Sirius XM stations? All I have been able to find is pushing the channel up or down arrows, which takes forever
