Lucid's software is it's weakest point, that is not a compelling statement. I will happily share a run down chart of how much time my pure has been in transit/at SC vs a RSQ8 which is what I am leaning towards as my next car.
While OTA's are cool, this maturity model is still in it's infancy.
What about a BMW 850 Gran Coupe M series, Porsche Cayenne Coupe, Audi RSQ8, or even a Cadillac Blackwing? All are top ranked sports cars with more stable OS...
Perhaps the group would be happy if it was restated from "lucid doesn't know how to write good software" to a more opinionated statement like "I have not been able to have a positive experience with the software"
Completely agree, I just got frustrated when these things are being raised and it "feels like" others come in and post a comment that seems like it's invalidating or devaluing what others are experiencing.
I’m not trying to compare lucid to Toyota, they are closer to Range Rover by comparison. My car has been in the shop in the last 18 months than my last 3 cars bmw 650, Audi q8, Escalade combined
Perfection isn’t the bar, you said that not me, but there is a lot of room between the top and where lucid service is today…the point that is being made is there is TOO much room
Range Rover still has better service bc they are locally deployed and serviced.
I was under the impression EV’s had less issues and maintenance bc they had significantly less parts.
