    Wheel & Tire Size

I've been looking at the many threads on tires on this forum, a number of which have info dating back many months ago. Summing it all up, this is what I've come up with. Would appreciate your comments and corrections. 1. Many owners who comment find that the 21" Pirellis can be problematic...

Preparing the vehicle for long-distance transport

I used this transport company and everything went well. www.go2transport.com The cost was comparable to other companies and what I considered reasonable for the service provided. The driver was excellent and knew how to handle a Lucid.

    7/22 New England owner meetup.

Thanks for adding me to this thread. I'm already scheduled for 7/22 and cannot join you this year. Please keep me on the list for next year. Just wondering if there are any Lucid owners in Maine...?

    New England spring meet-up!

I would be interested but can't join you this time. Do you know how many Lucid owners there are in Maine?

    Natick MA Service/Studio

Wanted to add my thanks and praise for Danny Ventura at the Natick service center. Earlier this month, I shipped my Touring from California to Natick so that they could fix a few minor issues before I took it to Maine for the summer. Within a day or two, Danny called to say that the car was...

Preparing the vehicle for long-distance transport

I texted Customer Care to ask how to prepare my Touring for transport in an enclosed car carrier from Southern California to New England, and received the following answer this morning: "I encourage you to disable Shock and Tilt alarm if you're transporting your Lucid, as this may result in...

It just started after I pushed the continue button on the charging station.

    2.0.56

After downloading 2.0.56 yesterday, I easily charged my Touring at the EA charging station in Palm Springs. The PNC worked seamlessly and for the first time ever I did not have to call EA for help or activate the charging on the Lucid app. A welcome improvement.

    error warning

I've had the front right radar error message appear a few times when starting out from home, but in every case it disappeared after a couple of minutes. I tried both calling and messaging customer care about it three times, but they have never gotten back to me. This leads me to conclude that...

EA charger information for those who have charging issues

The EA station in Palm Desert, CA, is Signet. I've easily charged there but had to authenticate it with the Lucid app.

    6 weeks in

Like Redsled, I have had my Touring for about six weeks. Twice I contacted Customer Care about issues with my car (front radar, charging port door), and a service advisor has never gotten back to me despite promises that they would. Not a very helpful response record to a new owner who...

EA free charging is a joke.

Yes, that's the way to do it.

EA free charging is a joke.

I mostly charge my Air Touring at home. Twice during the past month I have experimented with charging at the EA station in Palm Springs and twice it was a negative experience. Both times required a lengthly call to EA, and once I was asked for info that EA could be expected to know. ("You...

Front radar not operational, still waiting for replacement

Thanks for your reply. Sorry. I misspoke. The warning says "Right front radar fault" not "failure". That sounds a bit less serious.
