🤣I was so confused by this at first. I thought you were referring to the Dream Edition sedan. Then I woke up and remembered the SUV is out! Congratulations, it’s beautiful.
I did this once too, also an old Tesla habit. I was in a parking lot and asked a passerby to call my phone. The phone woke up and was now accessible to the app allowing me to unlock the door when I pressed on the handle.
I remember the first year and a half (I’ve had the car 3.5 years) they would tell me others didn’t have the problem. Infuriating. Still doesn’t work and I’ve completely given up. No more fight in me on this issue. It is what it is.

Sooo not correct. I’m a woman. Had the Dream since it came out. Endless new fobs, batteries, service calls…you name it. I f’ing hate constantly waiting next to my car in the street while traffic whips past me. I hate feeling vulnerable to my always temperamental door handles. It’s a thing. Lucid...

Has anyone else noticed the problem of the door handles not presenting getting progressively worse? Mine were never great but now it’s like an evil gremlin took up residence in the car just to torture me with repeatedly presenting the handles only to have them snap back in. Or, just simply...
The back seat runaround to the front makes me nuts! Jesus F, why can’t they get it right??? I’ve taken it in several and they know they can’t fix it but they can’t say that. It’s always “let me do some research” and I never hear back. I got my car on Dec 31, 2021… it’s been a year and my door...
