The experience is inconsistent. Personally I have had no issue but I know several, in detail, that have had some frustrating ones. When it's all working as expected the vehicle is quite remarkable.

No that is not correct operation. It mechanically sounds off too but hard to tell. It sounds blown. Did they indicate the first speaker replaced was damaged.

They need to test the amplifier further... that sounds like a blown speaker but hard to diagnose just from the video. So... it could be that channel keeps overloading and blowing out the replacement or the DSP (Digital signal processor) is really off. Or a crossover? But I believe all...

I detail the car every week late in the evening and that is an option I would like to temporarily disable. I keep the key on the console, windows open, music playing and it goes off as stated loudly... roughly every 4 tracks 15-20 mins.
