Sorry Tim, I retuned my lease so don't check this forum as often. Ive had to use the service a couple of times and in both instances the car needed to be taken to the service center in Roswell. They offered a rental but I didn't need one. They really need to open up a local one...my realtor...

This one all the way. It takes way too long for the car to unlock with the mobile key especially on a second lock while you are doing your daily stops. Having to change the battery on the key fob every two months is very annoying and i just leave the key at home.

srurprised Cali is not in there, considering its considered the birthplace of the modern EV and as pro clean energy as you can get. I was in northern virginia a few weeks ago and rented a polestar, stations were everywhere...loved it
