This was the case for me. On the Broadcast Date I received a canned email from my SA stating my car had entered production. In my case it was a Friday then the portal switched to In Prod with the VIN number the following Thursday.

Did the portal update for you to In Prod? If so, when?

Looks like my SA was right! Today was my "broadcast date" and I just received an email from him: The portal still shows Order Confirmed but I expect it to change soon. It does list him now as my Sales Specialist, which is new. Excited! EDIT: My config is GDE Black/Tahoe/Stealth/20-21

Yeah, I totally understand. I went through a lot of growing pains with my first Model S in 2012. Our only hope is Lucid has the talent and leadership to pull it off long term. We've seen it can be done... I know that doesn't make it better today, but hopefully they will make things right for you...

+1 Also, probably too much of a hassle since people can't self edit their entries, but it would great to have a stage column (Order Confirmed, In Production, Preparing for Delivery) too :)
