It is now September 30, and Lucid customer care has not refunded me. I emailed them, but I didn't get an answer. I call them, and they tell me that I will receive a refund soon, but nothing happens. Looking for suggestions for how to get help. Thanks

I don’t run the defrost mode. Air conditioner is typically on. Condensation appears and then I run defrost to make it go away.

I assumed that it was inside but I am not sure. I will verify it next time it happens
