I texted Lucid Customer Care and asked where my update to 2.61 or 2.6.3 was…this was my response… Not every vehicle requires the 2.6.1 or 2.6.2 updates. If you have not been notified for this update to be downloaded on your car then your car is not eligible for this update…

I’ve emailed Customer Care as well…never received a response…called and they were very helpful. The sales rep I was assigned was extremely thorough…very responsive to emails/texts/calls…just call and request a call back at your number…they got back to me in less than 15 minutes…

Contact him directly via email…he is a 3D printer guy and the mount he made for my Lucid was the first one he made for the new car….its a similar design to the ones he made for the Tesla and Corvette, but made from dimensions I sent him from my car…you don’t see the Lucid on his site or Amazon...
