I had a turtle experience over Christmas. They took a month to determine it was a bad cooling pump that set it off. Have had the car back for a couple of weeks now and everything is fine but I haven't put many miles on it.

Sound system is always on, I think, it is just a matter of whether you can hear it. Either pause it as previously suggested or mute it. Not sure sound system will remain muted/paused each time you get in the car.

Be aware that the adapter is not compatible with Superchargers. But I keep a similar one in the car for use with destination chargers and another at home for use with my old Tesla charger.

Seems to me with inaccurate range information and an unreliable EA network I'll need to be extremely cautious planing charging stops on road trips.
