What I use as a measure is the range the car thinks it has at various states of charge. I know that ignores actual range but it also eliminates variability it driving conditions, temperature, and whether the wife is with me or not. After 7 months and about 6000 miles my numbers are a bit...
Got an email today with this subject "PlugShare and J.D. Power want to hear about your EV ownership experience". Took the survey with no issues - Lucid was listed. Gave the car rave reviews on most things but did ding them on reliability because of 2 Turtle mode incidents in 6 months. After...
Was playing around today and tried "Alexa change your voice". Alexa then goes though a series of choices which you can accept or reject. My Alexa now identifies as male.
I had a turtle experience over Christmas. They took a month to determine it was a bad cooling pump that set it off. Have had the car back for a couple of weeks now and everything is fine but I haven't put many miles on it.
I've not had that happen - Lucid has always arranged for the rental car. The two times I've had the car in for service Hertz picked me up and took me to their office. I get a small temporary charge on my credit card but that is all. HOWEVER, I am not at all happy with the service at Riviera...

Sound system is always on, I think, it is just a matter of whether you can hear it. Either pause it as previously suggested or mute it. Not sure sound system will remain muted/paused each time you get in the car.
Be aware that the adapter is not compatible with Superchargers. But I keep a similar one in the car for use with destination chargers and another at home for use with my old Tesla charger.
At first it made me keep looking around for emergency vehicles. Am used to it now so it doesn't really register. Hope I never meet an ambulance at an intersection.
I kinda look at CarPlay as a fix for a bad system - at least as far as navigation goes. Why can't the car's system itself to do what Apple/Google maps does? Perhaps it is because I got used to it but Tesla's navigation worked well for me - once I learned the voice commands. Always used Waze...
