I am sure this has been discussed, but I get frustrated with the driver profiles. We have 3 drivers that use the Air, so we tend to be switching the profile every time we get in the car. While the profile name changes 90% of the time the seats, wheels, mirrors dont adjust to the proper profile...

And.. yes I always have the app running and its allowed to track my location 'always'. :)

Hey, thanks for that. yes I do have the key setup on the phone and in the car. Often I have to stand next to the car, close and reopen the app and the car will open after 10 or 15 seconds

sorry to clarify, I find the phone app takes too long to wake up the car. I find it isn't useable as a fob replacement, unlike the Tesla

Waking the car takes forever. If you are walking up to the car and want to open the trunk or frunk, its way too slow. The Tesla up works right away every time for me. Alsmot as if I have the fob in my hand

I had the same issue. Service came right out and repaired it. I wasn't home so I don't know what they did, but it works now
