How do you contact your service center?

I just found out that Danny Ventura has left Lucid, which means I no longer have a point of contact for service needs. I tried calling the Natick service center, but no one answered and the phone prompts after that seem to indicate I've been transferred to the main customer service line. I've...

    Wiper blade replacements

My blade on the drivers side is leaving a constant streak on the downstroke every time. It continued doing this even after replacing the insert. It’s so bad I basically have to leave the wipers off most of the time. When the water eventually dries it leaves a horrible water streak across my...

RESOLVED Does your front footwell woofer work properly? TSB-B1122-001

@borski were you able to hear this distortion? I'm not sure I could.

RESOLVED Does your front footwell woofer work properly? TSB-B1122-001

I just brought my car in and they addressed another service advisory that sounds related to this one: Job: 2 TSC-B0824-001-01 Lower A-Pillar Speaker Distortion Cause: The fabric tape covering the body holes in the lower A-pillar region is susceptible to vibration and flutter, acting as an...

RESOLVED Does your front footwell woofer work properly? TSB-B1122-001

I checked my service invoice, and they did cite "TSB-B1122-001 Lower A-pillar Door Access Holes - NVH Rework (Both Sides)" as the repair. So good to know I won't need to rip the trim apart my self to check. Or I guess I could have just asked, but... ripping things apart is more fun ;-)

RESOLVED Does your front footwell woofer work properly? TSB-B1122-001

I had this fixed about a month ago on my AGT, a 2022. The problem was only obvious with certain songs, but on those songs it was aweful. After it was fixed though, everything sounds different. It's amazing the difference that made. Is there a similar possible problem on the passenger side? I...

    TIDAL Changing Supported Audio Formats

I asked Tidal support and they said they would continue to have 24-bit 192kHz FLAC files supported. Seems this statement was only meant to indicate for files without a current higher quality encoding that it would fall back to this lower quality encoding. I don't know what their plan is to...

    TIDAL Changing Supported Audio Formats

I was concerned by this line: > While we have at least 16-bit, 44.1 kbps FLAC versions for nearly all MQA tracks today, we may not have a replacement for every single one. Does this mean that they are replacing MQA (which was 24-bits 192kHz) with CD-quality tracks? You can do 24-bit 192kHz with...

    Wiper blade replacements

I grabbed a measuring tape and found that the blades are 25.5" (driver's) and 19.5" (passenger's). That's... not a whole number of inches, which is confusing. I'm not up for paying $150 for something so basic as changing wiper blades. Lucid isn't a wiper blade manufacturer, they must get these...

    Wiper blade replacements

Does anyone know the size or model of the windshield wiper blades? I need to replace mine, but there's no detail in the user manual about their sizes. I've tried looking it up on Autozone and Advanced Auto Parts websites, but they have no data either.

NACS (Tesla adapter) versus CCS Megathread

I've heard this sentiment several times, but I disagree with the sentiment. For electric cars, charging it is a significant part of the experience. Plugging in a CCA-1 cable is just annoying. It leads me to have a bad experience, trying to manipulate it ever so slightly to get the angle of this...

iPhone MagSafe mount to replace OEM charging pad.

Has anyone tried disassembling the center console to just replace the charger under the existing plastic surface? It seems like it should be possible. Usually interior trim pieces can be removed with a minimal number of screws and trim clips.

NACS (Tesla adapter) versus CCS Megathread

I’m hoping Lucid will offer a retrofit to replace the current CCS 1 port on my air with an NACS port eventually. I hate using an adapter at home to convert it to my preexisting Tesla wall charger’s cable, and using CCS at fast chargers is a nuisance. NACS really is a much better connector.

    Electronic humming noise from infotainment

I have a sound that comes and goes when I change the screen dimming, but it seems to be coming from the driver's door. At some brightnesses, it emits a high pitched beeping sound, at others it is totally quiet. The screen brightness seems to auto adjust somewhat, so there are some times of the...

    Feedback/improvements for the Air!

On a totally unrelated note, I'd like the rear seat headrests to be collapsible. The rear window isn't that big, and those headrests take up a nontrivial amount of the visible space. I've seen collapsible headrests in other brands, maybe Volvo or Mercedes? It would be a nice thing for rear...
