I don't think "everybody" wants this. Some people are practical, like me. I want less wind noise and better temperature control. Couldn't care less about the magnificent sky above me, especially when I'm supposed to watch the road ahead.
In software development saying "Could not replicate the problem." equals "We don't care. Next!". There are ways to catch this exception, but you have to care enough and do the work. To be exact, the developers would need to get involved.
